It has not broken yet! The steel used seems to be of good condition and it fits nicely. Customer support responded quickly and cordially, helping me with an address mistake. Thanks to them!

I'm a fairly big guy but the necklace is about the same size as a choker for me. Would love an adjustable or replacement chain to be included. Pendant rocks and I've moved it to another chain.
